Terms & Conditions

By booking your stay confidently with Aventus Bali Hotel Group, you agree to these following terms and conditions. Please read carefully, and feel free to contact us for any further questions!



  1. Your reservation is required to be paid in advance for securing your preferred rooms. If the booking payment is incomplete, your reservation will not be officially confirmed.
  2. For secure and instant reservation, you are encouraged to book through our official brand website. Instant booking confirmation and secure payment system are available to ensure you get a quick, smooth, and easy booking experience.
  3. For any inquiry through our official e-mail and WhatsApp will be responded within maximum 2-working days.



  1. Best Rate Guarantee is available for any direct booking.
  2. All rates are quoted and paid in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).
  3. Room rates are inclusive of government taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified.
  4. All rates stated are per room, based on the number of occupants and the selected date(s) of stay period. Unless otherwise specified.
  5. Optional additional services may be required additional charge, such as airport transfer, baby cot, extra bed/additional person. Unless it’s already on the booking inclusions.
  6. Special group rates are available upon request, and only for the reservation with minimum 10 rooms per stay period. Please contact us for further details at reservation@aventusbali.com
  7. Rates may change without prior notice, depend on; seasonal, availability, special offers, and other conditions. To keep updated, please always check the latest rates and availability on this website regularly or email us at reservation@aventusbali.com


Additional Charges 

  1. Additional persons in each room type are allowed with following conditions:

           a. Superior Room can be occupied by:

    - 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12 without extra bed.
    - No additional child is allowed if the room occupied by 2 adults and 1 child.
    - No extra bed is allowed.

b. Premier Room can be occupied by:

    - 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children under the age of 12,
    - or can be up to 3 adults with 1 extra bed at additional charge.

c. Sunrise Bay View Suite can be occupied for:

    - 2 adults, or 2 adults with 1 child under the age of 12,
    - or can be up to 3 adults with 1 extra bed at additional charge.

      2. Airport transfer service, either pick up or drop-off request is required additional fee.

      3. Extra breakfast per person per day is subject to additional charge.


Amend of Reservation 

  1. Reservation can be changed with prior notice
  2. The confirmation of change reservation is subject to room availability


Cancelation, No Show, & Early Check-Out Policy 

  1. Cancelation policy will subject to the active promo. Any refund request will be based on the applied policy that allows guest to cancel or request refund. The refund will proceed within 14 working-days, and for the refund through credit card will depend on each bank policy and schedule system.
  2. No refund for guest with no show.
  3. No refund for guest with early departure.


Children Policy

  1. No additional charge for children up to 5 years old at all room types.
  2. For children at age 6 – 11 years, additional fee will be charged and applied at all room types and meals.
  3. For children at 12 years – above are considered as adult, which the applied condition will follow each room policy.
  4. The children policy must follow the maximum number of occupancies based on the room policy.


Extra Bed Policy 

  1. Extra bed can be added only at Premier Room and Sunrise Bay View Suite.
  2. Maximum 1 extra bed can be prepared in each room.
  3. An additional fee will subject to each extra bed.


Hotel’s Facilities 

Some selected hotel facilities are free to use, including swimming pool, gym, parking, and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Please contact our team to ensure any facilities that requiring additional charge.
